We are excited to announce two new classes at The Yoga Space this fall!

First, Linda will be teaching a new 1.5 hour Foundational Class on Thursday mornings at 8:30 – 10 am.

In this class students will delve deeply into the basic poses that form the foundation of our Iyengar yoga practice. Students will focus on the principles of each pose so as to deepen their understanding and to improve the quality of their asanas (poses). Because the class will be studying the poses of the Level I and II curriculum, beginners are welcome. However, a practitioner of any experience can benefit from an in-depth grounding in the foundations.

Second, Luci has added a class to her teaching schedule, so join her for a Level 1, 2 class on Wednesdays at 3:30 – 5 pm.
